Zilker Summer Musical
Zilker Hillside Theatre
Pack a picnic and come enjoy the free, annual musical at the Zilker Hillside Theatre. The outdoor amphitheater will host performances of "Shrek The Musical" Thursdays through Sundays beginning around 8:15 p.m.

Blues on the Green
Zilker Park
Pack a blanket and the family and make your way to Zilker Park for this summertime tradition. Held monthly from May to August, Austin's largest free concert series will welcome groovy performances by local up-and-comers Sweet Spirit and The Suffers.

This year, the Gay Softball World Series heads to Austin to celebrate its 40th Anniversary. The world-class event will feature over 5,000 athletes, coaches and fans in attendance from over 43 cities across the US and Canada.

Bat Fest

Celebrate this batty event as the world's largest urban bat colony (1.5 million Mexican Free-Tailed Bats which take up seasonal residence beneath the Ann Richard's Congress Street Bridge) take to the skies for their nightly flight. Enjoy live music, children activities, a costume contest and more.

Capital City Black Film Festival

This two-day aerial and pole event will bring together the most skilled athletes, artists and their supporters. Come to compete or just enjoy the performances!

Austin Pride Festival & Parade

The PRIDE Festival is the largest annual LGBTQ advocacy and fundraising event in Central Texas! Dozens of non-profit organizations and social clubs use the Festival as a platform to inform and interact with the thousands of attendees. Tri-Rock Austin Triathlon

Austin Gay and Lesbian International Film Festival

aGLIFF is the oldest and largest gay and lesbian film fest in the Southwest and the largest LGBTQ cultural event in Austin. Experience the festival in September and watch for monthly screenings around town.

Zilker Relays 
Zilker Park 
The Zilker Relays is a 10-mile team race. Each participant runs a 2.5 mile loop from one central festival/transition area. The team concept of the Zilker Relays is not unique, but the combination of a relay, festival home base, drinks and music, make this experience a favorite for runners of all calibers and ages.

Lone Star Le Mans
Circuit of The Americas 
This three-day event is COTA's unique twist on the world's greatest sports car endurance race, the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The weekend features live music, interactive displays, an open paddock and nearly nine hours of racing, finishing under the stars - all topped off with a dazzling fireworks show.

Fall 2016 Pecan Street Festival

The Pecan Street Festival is a FREE, bi-annual juried music, arts and crafts festival held on historic Sixth Street. The show proudly features over 300 artisan vendors from all over the world who display and sell homemade art and craft work.

Austin City Limits Music Festival - Weekend One
Zilker Park
One of the country's largest celebrations of music, six-day festival brings the magic of the famed public television series Austin City Limits from the studio to Austin's most beloved park. The festival features more than 130 musical acts on eight stages over two weekends (September and October).
